- Add an extra bedroom, move the garage, or almost anything you can imagine. For a free quote, submit an online request from any plan detail page, or call 1-800-447-0027
- Pre-wire your home for entertainment and custom lighting, and get special discounts on hardware, with our Lighting Design and Audio/Video upgrades, both available for most plans during checkout
- Get the exact framing and foundation you want. All plans come with a default configuration for foundation and framing, but don’t let that limit your dream. You can replace the default configuration with custom options using our modification service, and for many plans, you can order an alternate foundation when you purchase the plan.
- For a special offer on a foundation that’s green, try insulated concrete forms (ICF) from Logix.

1. High Tech Home

2. Custom Foundations
Customer Example: "I found a house plan that I love! But....it comes with slab foundation. I'd really prefer to have a basement. What can I do?"
Have no fear! If a home plan says it comes with slab, just call us at 1-800-447-0027 and tell us what you would like instead. A custom foundation can probably be implemented for an extra fee - all you have to do is ask! Click here to learn more about custom foundations.
3. Custom Framing
Want thicker walls? Change a stick-built home to 2 x 6 framing, or even concrete block or ICFs!
Don't be afraid to ask for a custom option. In most cases, a custom option can be implemented with an extra fee. Just call us at: 1-800-528-8070 and tell us what you want!
4. Dream Home Source and Logix ICF

Dream Home Source has partnered with Logix to bring you the greenest most energy efficient homes available!
Switch To the Logix Rebate Program
- Logix ICF will provide a manufacturer direct rebate of up to 50% (up to a maximum of $500 per house plan) of the cost to convert a home’s conventional walls to Logix walls.
- Most home plans featured on DreamHomeSource.com are eligible for this rebate.
- The modifications must be done through the modification service provided by Dream Home Source.
- Logix ICF will send the rebate coupon to the customer within 14 days after the modification services are paid in full.
- To receive the rebate, the customer must simply send Logix ICF the rebate coupon, together with proof of purchase and payment of the Logix products used to build the home designed in the modified home plan.
- Switch To Logix rebate coupons are not transferrable and must be redeemed by December 31, 2014. They have no cash value.
