With a plethora of national design awards under its belt, Visbeen Associates has proven its dedication to architectural excellence. Led by Wayne Visbeen, AIA, IIDA, out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, the firm has been one of the state's top such companies for more than 15 years.

In addition to designing and developing master-planned communities and more than 500 custom residences, Visbeen Associates provides interior design services and pre-drawn plans. Designs draw inspiration from historical styles, including Shingle, Mission, and English Tudor, but add modern convenience with open layouts, convenient kitchens, and family friendly floor plans.
