Plan Description

On warm summer evenings, sit and talk on the covered front porch; when cold winter winds blow, curl up with your family in front of the living-room fireplace. This is a two-story plan for comfort. Inside, the living room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly fit together for maximum flexibility. An island snack bar in the kitchen makes serving quick meals a breeze. A study or home office with a nearby half-bath is a bonus that you will surely appreciate. The three upstairs bedrooms all have hallway access to the two bathrooms, another example of this home’s versatility. The master bedroom with a mammoth walk-in closet is nearest the larger bath, which enjoys both a tub and shower. Additional space is available on this level for another bedroom, study, or playroom. A linen closet opens onto the hallway.
