Plan Description
GREAT STARTER HOME OR AIRBNB Economical to build, this really cute one bedroom plan makes very efficient use of space. Inside, the efficient use of floor space coverts every inch into useful living space by virtually eliminating hallways and other wasted space. The open design combination of the living, dining and kitchen provides an enormous open area to make this small home rival much larger homes. The kitchen includes the much sought after window over the sink plus an island with a raised eating bar. As a bonus, a full size pantry is located within the kitchen area. The utility is conveniently located with open access to the kitchen. Even the doors and windows have been restricted to a minimum in order to decrease cost. Despite the small footprint, all rooms are very spacious and the bedroom even boast a large walk-in closet and private bath. This is one in a series of three plans all designed for affordability. Plan 1208 is a three bedroom version and plan 1009 is a two bedroom version.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
