Plan Description
This 1,387 square foot traditional ranch features a large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and access to the patio. This plan is designed for excellent traffic flow from the living room, through the dining room and into the bright, airy kitchen which features a bay window.
The master bedroom is isolated from the other bedrooms and features twin closets, a master bath with separate garden tub and shower and double vanity. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath. Bedroom 2 has "wrap-around" corner windows for maximum light exposure. A laundry room located just off of the garage completes this practical plan.
