Plan Description

A privacy wall around the courtyard with a pool and trellised planter area is a gracious way by which to enter this one-story design. The Spanish flavor is accented by the grillwork and the tiled roof. The front living room has sliding glass doors that open to the entrance court. The adjacent dining room features a bay window. Informal activities will be enjoyed in the rear family room with a sloped, beamed ceiling; a raised-hearth fireplace; sliding glass doors to the terrace; and a snack bar. The sleeping wing can remain quiet away from the plan's activity centers. Notice the three-car garage with extra storage space.

Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design.
