Plan Description

Pleasing architectural design elements line this two storied spacious home where there is abundant stone work, cedar shakes, a dormer shed and a front covered porch. The front covered porch is a pleasant spot for relaxing and greeting visitors before entering the home’s luxurious interior. There are approximately 2,365 square feet of living space within the floor plan which incorporates three bedrooms and two plus baths into the plan. An optional unfinished basement foundation is perfect for expansion which has the ability to double the first floor’s square footage.
