Plan Description

Planned for a growing family, the living areas are well-zoned according to function to make this duplex feel much larger. An attractive vaulted ceiling, boxed window and gas fireplace make the livingroom very appealing. Upstairs, three large bedrooms with good-sized closets await, and the master suite has its own bath complete with shower. Note: Width does not include the bump outs, they add 3 feet to the total width. Total square footage for both units is 2404. For the Slab version it is available but without the bump outs (Dining room small windows are replaced with one larger window) and is done with hardie board outside finish not stucco.
