Plan Description
This beautiful House Plan features a Southern exterior style with open-concept designed interior living spaces that exude comfort, ease of living, and intentionality. The Mesquite Plan was designed to create welcoming and accessible spaces with strong attention to light through purposefully placed windows. The exterior of the Mesquite Plan provides a deep and spacious front porch that readily welcomes and provides space for gathering. Utilizing space under the stairs, a seating area or reading nook lends to a custom and timeless feel. The expansive kitchen layout is designed for ease of cooking and allows for many to work in the kitchen at the same time. Five feet between the island and the primary kitchen wall offers space and comfort for homeowners desiring accessibility. While having an open layout, the first floor provides points of privacy that are tucked away including the powder room, oriented for utmost privacy, and the Office/Bedroom 1. Designed with accessibility in mind, the Master Bedroom is located on the first floor and includes an ADA-designed bathroom and also offers privacy and practicality through a pocket door separating the shower and toilet from the rest of the bathroom.
