Plan Description

This cottage plan was designed to take advantage beauty of a natural sloping lot. The entertaining spaces, as well as, all three bedrooms have large rear facing windows with Craftsman style casing. A columned front porch is tucked under the left side of the homes large forward facing gable. Directly to the rear of the foyer is the living room, with tall windows and cabinetry flanking a natural stone fireplace. From the fireplace you will have a view of the see how the house flows easily from living room to dining room and then out through French dooors to the side deck. A large island defines the open concept kitchen and dining area. To the right of the entry is the private master suite, a study and the stairway to the finished lower level. The master suite, comes complete with spacious dressing room and double vanity master bathroom. Downstairs, rooms are organized off a linear corridor beginning with two bedrooms and ending with multiple spaces for family entertaining, including an area separated by a sliding barn door that can b e an exercise room. Above the garage, there is a bonus area that could easily function as a guesthouse with separate entrance off to the rear.
