Plan Description
- This transitional farmhouse plan gives you 4 beds, 4.5 bathrooms and 3,224 square feet of heated living space. - French doors open to the entry flanked by a home office on the left and the dining room on the right. Ahead, your view extends across the 2-story great room with fireplace which has access to a rear deck. - A large island in the kitchen seats five. The kitchen opens to the breakfast room and has a access to a large walk-in pantry and the mud room by the garage entry. - The master suite is located on the left of the home and has its own private porch, as well as a massive 279 square foot walk-in closet. - Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms - each with their own bath - and a convenient laundry room.
