Are you looking for a house plan that has plenty of storage, ample room for family and entertaining, plenty of privacy, and is perfect for adding a pool? Wow, that is a long list of features to find under one roof. You’re lucky to be reading this because the Emery house plan has all that and more. Starting with the unique split 3 car garage, this home has lots of storage. The utility room, with large counter and utility sink, gives access to a large walk-in storage closet. You might not think of it as storage space, but the butler’s pantry located between the gallery and the kitchen gives you lots of options. And even if you utilize that for its traditional use, right next to it you have a nice large walk-in kitchen pantry. One of the many things to like about the Emery is that each of the two guest bedrooms have their own full baths. In the storage department each also have their own walk-in closets. The entry between the garages is perfect if you need a multi-generational home. It gives a somewhat private entrance, people staying in the master suite will not be disturbed by the comings and goings. Speaking of the master suite, it is a magnificent private retreat loaded with features. Not only do you get a huge bedroom but it has sliding glass doors that open out onto the master porch. Spend a quiet evening relaxing by the outdoor fireplace. Then finish unwinding with a soak in your tub while you enjoy the view of your master garden located off the master bath. Continuing with the theme of ample storage, the his-and-hers walk-in closets are just the right size, positioned between the master bath and the master bedroom. The wet bar in the Emery is very unique. Not only does it have all the features you’d expect, but it has two counters. This allows you and your guests access to the bar from the foyer, as well as the great room. However, no matter how convenient this amazing wet bar is, sometimes you want to entertain outside. That is where the veranda really shines. Nothing is better than a pool party. The outdoor kitchen will make every gathering both large and small a special event. The built-in grill is just right for getting that vacation feeling all year long. The pool bath adds all the convenience to the veranda that you’ll need. The Emery is a Modern styled house plan that has all the features that you could want. The versatility, amenities, and the effort that went into making all these things work together flawlessly will make living in this home a very special experience.
