Plan Description

With unique angles, brick detailing and double chimneys, this home is as sophisticated as it is comfortable. The foyer enters into a refined gallery, which runs past a dining room, complete with French doors opening to the front covered porch. The gallery also passes the grand room, which boasts a fireplace and three sets of French doors to the rear covered veranda. On the right, the master retreat provides its own private fireplace and access to the veranda. The kitchen and breakfast area is situated on the left side of the plan. Follow the steps up and an abundance of rooms will greet you. The recreation room directly accesses a small covered veranda. Two additional family suites flank the rec room, and each accesses a full bath. On the third level lies a 684 square foot studio. A full bath and a balcony make this level a wonderful retreat.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
