Plan Description

Simplicity in design makes this Victorian-style farmhouse an appealing choice. A covered porch shelters the entry that opens to a central vaulted foyer with the living and dining rooms immediately on the right. A fireplace warms the living room; the dining room has a box-bay window. A country kitchen offers a preparation island, a pantry, a fireplace and access to a rear covered porch. There is space enough here for casual gatherings and dining. The first-floor master suite features a walk-in closet, private access to the porch and a bath with a double-bowl vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower.
