Plan Description
This two story family home welcomes you from the elements with a covered front
door entrance. When entering the home you will find a two story foyer with an
open stair case to the second floor. This home offers a den that can be
converted to a formal dining room and features a butlers pantry. The greatroom
which flows into the ktichen nook, is enormous and includes a gorgeous window
seat and fireplace. The nook works well with the horseshoe shaped kitchen.
The center island in the kitchen only adds to the overall oragnization. There
is a large pantry and mud room just off the three stall garage entrance. Other
first floor amenities include a laundry room, powder room, three season porch,
and a covered porch. The second floor includes a total of four bedrooms and a
full bath. The mater bedroom offers a bast walk-in closet and a master bath

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
